#INCREDIBLE#WOWZA#!!! This is the best physiotherapy clinic for Pregnant women’s. Especially Kate, she is a fabulous guide and awesome practitioner. She patiently answers all our questions and respond accurately. I’m so happy that I found this place and it’s closer to my home. The receptionist is very friendly & nice. The place looks Amazing, very clean and very comfortable for getting treatment done. Their rooms look like a “spa”centre. And they have a decent parking structure at the backside. I highly recommend it to all and I will visit again!!

I’ve been seeing Ana for postpartum pelvic health issues. She has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable. In person treatment has helped me sit in comfort again! She provides exercises to work on between sessions that are very manageable with busyness that comes with a newborn. I highly highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience working with Ana before I was pregnant, during pregnancy and now postpartum. She’s so knowledgable, personable and excels at what she does as a professional (she’s also great with babies!). Pelvic Floor Therapy has been crucial to my recovery – which wouldn’t have been possible without Ana. Thank you!!!

I just completed a 4 appointment course of care with Ana and had a great experience! She made me feel very comfortable and the appointments were informative and really helpful. It’s made a world of difference post partum and I feel like I can get back to normalcy now.
As for COVID precautions – the clinic was great. You call before entering the building and are led to your private room. I rarely encountered another patient. Everything is spotless and hand sanitizer and masks were required.
Would highly recommend for any new moms who want to work on their pelvic strength, or recovering from your birthing experience.

PELVIC HEALTH
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that attach from our coccyx (tailbone) to our pubic bone and ischial tuberosities (sits bones).
Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a time of change for your body. Pelvic physiotherapy can be beneficial by assisting in issues caused by pelvic girdle pain and incontinence.
Post-Partum
Pregnancy and childbirth cause strain on your body’s pelvic floor, back, pelvis and abdominals while walking, getting dressed and more.
Men’s Health
We can address incontinence, sexual roles (erections and orgasms), core stabilization, musculoskeletal issues and more.
